HOG ROAST

Wayne, OH… Home of the best, self-proclaimed hog in Northwest Ohio. Come on out for 2011 and enjoy a delicious dinner with a whole roast pork sandwich in plain or bar-b-q; served with your choice of two side dishes and a drink. Our hog is slow roasted a minimum of 8 hours to finger licking perfection by our very own firefighters and our Master, Hog Chef, Chuck Meyer. Typically cooked throughout the night before the Jamboree on Chuck’s high end hog roaster on our newly remodled patio.  The dinners will be ready to serve at 4pm and will be served until we run out.

No advance sales on the dinners.

STEER ROAST

Roasted from USDA Choice Chuck, our roast beef can be served as a dinner or just a sandwich, similar to our Hog Roast above.  Our BULLHORN BEEF SANDWICH, served with onions, peppers, and cheese was a tremendous hit in 2009, 2010 and 2011.  We always sell out in just a few hours!  Get yours early in 2012!
