The Wayne Firefighter’s Country Jamboree returns to Wayne each year on the fourth Saturday in July, bringing energetic country entertainment, dancing, fun, food, refreshments games and more all to support our Firefighter’s Memorial Fund. The Jamboree Committee would like to invite you to be our guest as we “rock-out” with some of the best Country Music in the region.
Each year country music fans gather on the Village of Wayne for a jam-packed event of country entertainment. The Jamboree experience is all about creating fun memories with a few thousand of your closest friends… wouldn’t you want to be a part of those memories? Wear your country duds and spend an afternoon in style; come on down to see regional & local bands as they perform live on our covered outdoor stage.
We will be cooking our Almost World Famous Hog Roast Dinner and our popular Steer Roast featuring homemade potato salad starting at 4:00 pm until we run out. Each year we feature our Ultimate Cornhole Classic with cash prizes to our top three teams. Our very own “Hoedown Hunnies” will also be present for souvenirs and photo ops.
If you enjoy Rockin’ Country Music and some good old fashioned BBQ cooking, buy your tickets and slip on over to Wayne for a boot scootin’ good time. Advance tickets are just $5 at www.waynefirejamboree.net. Tickets at the gate will be $10. All proceeds benefit the Wayne Firefighter’s Memorial Fund. The event is held rain or shine and is for adults 18 and over only.
